Behind the Scenes: Country Rustic Shoot

To commemmorate our expansion into Australia, we jetted off to Sydney to shoot an advertorial styled shoot using all local vendors and models (except Vinka Design, whose gowns we shipped over).

It was up (dark) and early on the morning of our shoot to ensure we were set up and ready to go before 7:30am.  Gledswood was hosting a wedding the same day so we needed to set up, shoot and be out of there before 9am without a trace!

Greeting our hair, makeup and models was done by torchlight, as was the bulk of the set up so it was pretty satisfying to see the sun come up and everything actually looking correct for having been assembled in the dark. 

Gledswood is a beautiful venue and really had so many wonderful areas to shoot - we wish we had longer to shoot more of the fantastic grounds but we managed to cover the bulk of the venue. 

Gledswood and the Sydney Riding School share the same grounds and so we were lucky to be able to borrow a horse, Winston, for to really complement our Country Rustic theme.
