Harlow Garland offers full service wedding planning and design, assisting couples with all aspects of planning from engagement through to the farewell brunch. Our experienced team will guide clients through the planning process with the highest level of personalised service. We make complex logistics appear seamless. No matter what you envision your wedding to be - one day, three, 300 guests or an intimate 50, we can create your dream wedding.
Full Service
The package for the most discerning clientele. with an emphasis on chic, heightened experiences from the first impression down to the smallest detail. You’ll be guided through the planning process with expert advice, creative vision and intricate organisation through to an expertly executed wedding which unfolds seamlessly and melodically through your wedding weekend.
We thrive on producing multi-day wedding weekend experiences including customised activities and excursions throughout the wedding weekend, where guests can enjoy a variety of local experiences.
Our process begins with a virtual meeting (over Skype/Zoom) to discuss the event and what inspires you. Once a venue is selected, Harlow Garland will do an on-site walk through to discuss the options for the event in further detail and create a comprehensive design proposal specific to you, including visual inspiration, a colour palette and product/ vendor suggestions to round out the design team and provide a comprehensive quote.
For our Full Service clients, we also extend our floristry, hire inventory and stationery design services.
We offer our full service package nationwide and with the vast majority of our clients hailing from international locales, our seamless virtual offering allows you to arrive at your wedding venue to find every detail catered for.
The fee structure is based on variables like location, guest count & logistics & will be determined by your coordinator at your free consultation. Additional incidental costs such as travel may be incurred and will be noted at the time of quoting. A full list of package inclusions will be discussed at our free consultation.
This package requires a 25% deposit up front with the balance split into three payments, the last of which will include any incidentals and is due a week before the wedding.
Day of Coordination
For the client who has done the hard work of planning and wants to ensure their vision is executed to perfection with the expert advice and experience of a wedding planner.
We’ll comb through your plans, ensuring no detail has been missed, handle your vendor confirmations, attend the rehearsal to go through the logistics of the processional and answer all questions or concerns you have ahead of the big day where we’ll handle every detail.
For our Day-of Coordination clients, we also extend our floristry, stationery design and hire inventory services.

From there you just need to show up and allow Harlow Garland to put all of your plans into action!

1:1 Wedding Coaching
You’ve so far weathered the stress of planning your own wedding but you just want a professional with the knowledge and experience of 20 years in the industry to review your timeline, check you’ve got everything covered or attend your rehearsal to help you work out where each person stands, or what the father of the bride is actually meant to do when he gives her away.
For the couples going it alone on their wedding planning journey, we have extended our services into online coaching designed specifically for you. Your dream wedding stands at the forefront as we give you the tools, knowledge, tips and coaching you need, to bring your dream wedding vision to life.
Whatever the need, we’re here to help. This is for the couple who don’t need a full wedding planning package or even day of coordination, they just want a little help along the way or to tie everything together in the week of.
Styling Only
Harlow Garland's styling aesthetic is focused on understated elegance that harks back to Old Hollywood. We listen to your vision and help hone it into creative, elegant and beautiful design bringing together stunning florals, linens, furniture, lighting, stationery and other elements with our signature eye for detail.

Flowers Only
Our in-house stylists create fresh, seasonal arrangements for your wedding or event. Every detail is considered and crafted to the highest standard to realise your dream floral vision. Whatever your wish, we can create it.
Our flower philosophy encompasses creative process, and concepts drawn from film and nature, as to how an arrangement will move, or speak to, a particular style.
We can create all manner of beautiful florals, from bouquets and hair crowns, boutonnieres and corsages, to floral installations, centrepieces and other floral decor.
We offer this package in Auckland and Wellington.
